Accessibility
Our commitment
Northfield Goods Co wants everyone to be able to browse, shop, and reach us with ease. We are committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and screen magnification. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat it as part of doing right by our customers rather than a box to check.
What we work toward
We aim to align our site with widely recognized accessibility guidelines and good practice. In practical terms, that means we work toward clear and consistent page structure, meaningful headings, sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, labels on forms and controls, and pages that can be operated with a keyboard as well as a mouse or touch. As we add and update products and content, we try to carry these practices through the whole site.
Ongoing improvement
The web changes and so does our store, so we review accessibility on a continuing basis and make improvements as we find opportunities. Some third-party tools and content on the site may not yet be fully accessible, and where that is the case we look for better options and workable alternatives. We would rather fix a real problem for a real person than claim a perfect record.
Tell us where we fall short
If you run into a barrier on our site, or if there is something you cannot access or complete, we want to know so we can help and improve. Please email support@northfieldgoodz.store with a description of the problem and, if you can, the page and the device or assistive technology you were using. We will do our best to assist you directly — including helping you complete an order or find information another way — and to address the underlying issue. Your feedback genuinely helps us make the store better for everyone.
