Maple Cutting Board

Bread in the morning, vegetables at night, a wheel of cheese when friends come by. Milled from a solid slab of hard maple with a hand-eased edge, it gives knives a forgiving surface and grows more handsome with use. Wash by hand, dry flat, and rub in a little board oil now and then.
